Most Bernina and a few Viking machines (inquiries always welcome)
Unfortunately the Bernina exceptions are due to proprietary tools and part availability, and the Viking exceptions are due to the sheer amount of time it takes to get into the machines that would make service rates unreasonable. I am happy to answer any email enquiries about specific models.
